Has anyone tried onboarding Tableau on premise version or other on premise application that is not AD? If so, how were you able to onboard it? What connection details/questions should we ask the app owner to facilitate the onboarding?

I did it in a previous role. The only way we were able to do it was to leverage the “readonly” tableau database account.
Any provisioning or certification would have to run through your ITSM integration however since the account is unable to make changes to the application.
