I have a customer trying to set up the Microsoft SaaS Entra ID connector. They’re using self-signed certificate (certificate based authentication as documented). Unfortunately, it’s failing to connect, timing out. Has anyone else got this working? I’d love any feedback out there around your experience (was it easy to connect for you? or did you also run into issues? How did you resolve? etc.).
I did not face this problem. Can you validate if you have access if the app is properly setup in portal.azure.com. Also validate once if it is permission issue.
