[On Premise Mailbox Creation] Exchange environment is not configured for the forest setting

Hello everyone,

We encounter the above issue when trying to provision an on premise exchange mailbox when leverage the OOTB AD connector.

Have check the following is correctly set up:

1. exchange host
2. exchange forest
3. service accounts and credential

enter the following in the create account tab:

1. homemDB
2. mailNickname
3. exchangeHideFromAddress

Does anyone encounter this before? Please share some lights!

Is this the error message?

If yes, you might have to check if those attributes exist in your source under Accounts > Create Account:

For my default source, homeMDB and mailNickname exist.
You might need to add the exchangeHideFromAddress attribute using the API call update-provisioning-policy | SailPoint Developer Community.

Also, you would have to configure those Create Account Policy attributes for a successful provisioning.

Thanks Kartik. At last we discover some issue with the exchange forest and host causing the issue, now fix and can see the mailbox provisioned.
