*having hard time provisioning remote mailbox for ad account to our exchange server (on-premise), i have followed the documentation guides for iqservice connector and exchange as well as the permissions for iqservice account (exchange permission), the only thing i haven’t done is the attribute required as mentioned below, could you please provide me a step-by-step guide how to add these attributes.

Hi @abuvm

You can add these attributes in provisioning policy and write the field value rule to automatically fill the value.
