Notification When Role Owner or Approver Is Terminated

Hi,

New to SP overall and I see a persistent prob in the org wherein admins have to manually change primary owners of users who are no longer with the org. Using APIs we were able to get a list of roles assigned to each user and if any governance groups were associated with it. We have difficulty getting additional owners/reviewers for the role and were wondering if there’s a workflow or some mechanism that can change the owner to the inactive user’s manager. Found this on the ideas page but not sure if they are ever considering working on this

This can be achieved using the Identity Security Cloud Governance connector.
Please refer to this thread which has similar requirement addressed.

OOTB ISC Cloud Gov Connector can be used to achieve the same without any customization.
