SailPoint does not support multiple languages for notification templates.
Although there is a beta API that allows us to create notification templates with a locale tag to for a long time already, ISC only responds to the en tag, ignoring any other notification template we setup.
As a consequence, international customers operating in countries where English is not the common language are not able to send notifications to the identities in a user friendly manner.
In order to increase user friendliness to end users, as well as ensure customers can be compliant to local national laws that might demand native-language options to local employees.
