Is it possible to send out of the box/ custom notifications to end-user/ manager in different language other than English in IdentityNow

We don’t have multi-lingual email templates OOTB but you can create the template in your choice of language.
Some email templates have identity attributes in your context which can be used to render different languages. For instance, if you see a certifier’s country is US or UK you might render the email in English, but if their country is DE then render the email in German.
This isn’t really fool-proof as templates can only be rendered once (which won’t work for sending to multiple people in different countries), these identity attributes aren’t always available, and in some cases, things like country may not be indicative of language (for instance Belgium has 2 national languages).
