The new VA deployment guide that is shown in the UI should work for demo tenants starting tomorrow. You will need to ensure you download the latest VA image from the guide in the UI.

Hi @awyss , You can start ccg service using following command. sudo systemctl start ccg This should start your ccg service. Thanks, Vijay

@VijayMaripi It’s not working receive the below error. [image] But in the UI it shows connected status, when i check the log i have only found the charon and va_agent.

I have tried creating the VA multiple times but the ccg log is not downloading yet. Its been 24 hrs since i have added new VA in the cluster but no response. Any idea how to resolve this? Thanks.

@colin_mckibben is there no ccg image in repository as it says in charon log when we use this image

@sagar_kamalakar Enabled the VA Debugging but still the ccg is not showed up.

@Santhakumar try to setup in azure you wont face issue.i too tried local one its showing error same as your one. Thanks Shantanu

Make sure you enabled VA debugging. If not enable and then check.
