Description
We’re introducing a new reporting capability that leverages the power of the Data Platform and Access Intelligence Center to enhance DAS’s (and ISC’s) analytic and authoring capabilities. This gives customers greater ability to derive meaningful insights and integrate that data into their internal BI operations.
This has been a recurring request from customers who need to draw actionable insights from large volumes of data. It’s often cited as an area for improvement across many data security systems.
Key benefits:
- Security admins now have access to actionable insights at a glance, helping them guide security and governance remediation efforts more effectively.
- Compliance Managers and Data Stewards can now view and track the distribution of data into data categories across different systems throughout the organizations.
- Compliance managers can track access to regulated data, identify areas where access is ungoverned, monitor access proliferation and sprawl, and generate periodic reports to adhere to audit requirements.
- Admins gain insights at a glance and can curate their own analytics without the need to extract, manipulate lengthy reports, or correlate information outside of ISC.
New Capabilities
Admins will now have an easy and intuitive way to adjust preset reports and analysis—enabling them to drill down and scope analysis to specific data assets, access types, or identity attributes. Detailed reporting insights will be available for account and group information, application resources, as well as permissions and data classification information associated with the resources.
