Description
Certain regulatory compliance requirements as well as company preference need to enable multiple levels of reviewers. They need to be able to have a first level review which after selection, it forward’s on to a second or even third level to validate or even reject access that a prior reviewer granted.
New Capability
Introducing the enablement of Multi-Level Reviews for Data Access Security Campaigns! Do you need to your campaigns to go through a second or even third set of approval? We have you covered! With the multi-level review feature, you can now configure campaigns to forward approvals on to the next level to reviewed.
Problem
Many SailPoint customers follow a two-tiered certification process where the certification records need to go through more than one reviewer.
A common example is a review process where first a manager reviews the campaign records and makes a decision, and only then the data owner reviews the records approved by the manager. Both reviewers need to make a decision in order to complete the campaign review process (unless the record was rejected on the first level, and then there is no need for additional review).
Solution
Multi-Level Reviews for Data Access Security Campaigns are now available!
NOTE: This feature is currently limited to DAS Campaigns and is not available in ISC.
To utilize, simply create your Campaign or Campaign Template, and while in the Review Process step click +Add Level button to add up to three review levels.
When adding in review levels, all reviews on the prior level must be completed before the campaign will move to the next level. Please also note, only approved records will be forwarded to the next level.
You can also update existing Campaign Templates to incorporate this new feature!

Who is affected?
This feature is now available for all users which can access the DAS Campaign Management screens which include the User Levels of Data Access Security Administrator and Data Access Security Compliance Manager
