Description
We’re excited to announce the upcoming feature Activity Data in Access Request Reviews!
This new capability aims to enhance the decision-making process for access request approvers by providing critical activity data at the source level. The goal is to empower approvers with insights into the popularity and activity related to requested access from a requester’s team members. By leveraging this data, you can make more informed approvals or denials more quickly.
New Capabilities
- Access Popularity Metric: Approvers now receive information on the requested access item’s popularity, which indicates the percentage of the requester’s team members who have the requested access.
- Usage Popularity Metrics Users now understand how the requestor’s peers use the source of the requested access component, removing any assumptions or guesswork about whether the requested access is likely to be used.
- Quick Definitions: Users have easy access to the definitions of popularity and activity metrics to avoid misunderstandings and ensure accurate decision-making.
