New API for Refresh Identities

Hi Team,

I am still trying to get the new API that was setup to V3.

Previously I am using “https://Tenant.api.identitynow.com/cc/api/system/refreshIdentities”.

Can you please help provide what will be the new V3 API?

Hey @ABV11,
Looks like there is no replacement for that API yet, I couldn’t find one either. I’ll let a SailPoint dev relations team member respond to confirm.

For now, alternatives exist but they are UI based: For instance, “process user” on the identity UI lets you do an equivalent of a single user refresh, and identity profile refresh helps you do it for a set of identities with a common identity profile.

You can try your luck through browser inspection for what APIs these UI elements call for the above tasks but they may not be open to use for everyone.

process identity endpoint is what you can use.
