Hi all!
I want to start using the new access request config set API put-approvals-config | SailPoint Developer Community . There are many configurable components that I don’t know how to use and don’t find documentation anywhere.
For example, I am not clear on how to configure the escalationChain and if it depends on some other component. My aim is to escalate to second manager and then “kill” the request.
Also, is it possible to use this API to configure the behaviour of the access request approval workflow when it detects and SoD violation? For instance to send the approval to the SoD policy owner instead of going to the manager as per usual (without using ISC workflows).
