NERM Role Provisioning Behavior in Sailpoint ISC

Hello All,

I am new to SailPoint ISC and NERM and trying to learn things. I understand that SailPoint provided OOTB source - SailPoint Non-Employee Risk Management Users to aggregate system users from NERM to SailPoint ISC and the NERM roles as well. We are able to get the system users aggregated in ISC users using this source. However, when we try to provision the NERM roles or account using this source it goes for manual fulfillment tasks. Is this observation correct or are we missing anything?

Yes, you are correct. The “OOTB source - “SailPoint Non-Employee Risk Management Users is for aggerate only and does not support provisioning NERM accounts or role back into NERM. You are not missing anything.

@HarnishaM you can leverage NERM APIs if you wish to automate it end to end.
