I am using a Batch workflow which calls an Update workflow for the Rehire process. I’ve noticed an attribute search appearing as follows.
I have a few questions regarding this field: 1. Is there a way to hide this field? 2) If hiding it isn’t feasible, can we put constraints on what attributes that can be utilized for profile searches? @ZackTarantino-Woolson any pointers?
Hi Sunny,
To my knowledge, there is currently no way to hide those attributes as who can see what attributes should be driven by the defined permissions in a User’s Roles. That does not appear to be working how I would expect here.
For example, if a User has No access to an Attribute, I would expect said attribute to not appear in the drop down for the Profile Table Filters. (You can see this working appropriately in the Advanced Search on the Dashboard).
I opened this as a bug card with our Engineering team and will follow up here once we know more!
