I have noticed today that when trying to create new artifacts in NERM such as Attributes, Workflows, Pages, Etc. when submitting the server errors out, not executing the changes or creations I am attempting. Is there a known outage on the NERM server? I have tried refreshing the page, logging in and out of the environment. Getting the same persisting issue. Any insight helps.
I have tried executing creations and changes of nerm artifacts via different tenants and browsers and still running into this issue.
