We are experiencing an issue with NERM where it fails to update the correct assignment and user status after onboarding. Despite the start date being in the past, NERM does not automatically update the status upon account creation. Consequently, the status remains ‘inactive’ even after the start date has passed.
Could you provide your workflow export? Or provide insights into how your workflow is configured?
