Need to schedule OOTB reports and Certification events for Role based certification automation

Hi All,

We have a requirement to create a Quicklink which will be used to schedule the reports as well to generate auto report before and after the certification. Could you please let us know how to schedule OOTB reports in backend (not UI) and Certification events as well.

Note : SailPoint Quicklink should create the schedule of all the reports and certification events will be the requirement. Please help

@Venu1010 Option 1, you can achieve by create a quicklink → that will call a workflow and workflow has step to schedule the report in background.

Option 2, By QuickLink you can directly open the report page and user can run or schedule any report. let me if you like option 2 then i will share how to achieve it,.

Thank you for the inputs :slight_smile: . Yes, we need 4 OOTB reports to be generated automatically before and after the certification and store somewhere in SharePoint. Attached are the proposed step. Please assist.
