We established the Certification Event for Job code changes. However, I am trying to see what is the best way to produce a report with timestamps for the certification. So far all the OOTB reports are not giving is the complete information needed.

With timestamp details if you want i dont think we have any OOTB report, instead we need to write a custom report by quering the respective tables and create a report.
Do you happen to have a built custom report or at least an example. I never created a custom report in the tool before.
