Auto-Generate 4 OOTB reports after the certification completed

Hello everyone,

I hope this message finds you well. We are seeking advice and assistance on implementing an automated process for our certification workflow. Here’s our current situation and requirement:

Current Process: - As part of our certification process, we manually generate 4 out-of-the-box (OOTB) reports after the certification is completed.

Requirement: - We need to automate the report generation step.

What we’ve tried: - We attempted to use the Run Rule feature, but encountered difficulties. - The challenge is that we cannot access the Certification Next Execution date or Certification Completed date from the XML, which are necessary for this automation.

Request: 1. Could you please advise on how we can achieve this automation? 2. If available, could you provide any reference code or examples?

We appreciate any insights or guidance you can offer on this matter. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us streamline our certification process.

What object XML are you trying to query in your Run Rule task.

If your certification are configured/scheduled to start on same date periodically(every quarter/6 months) you can schedule your report also to run on the certification phase end date.

do you have any timeline of the certification like 2-5 days, if you know then after those days are completed, you can schedule the reports using cron expressions.
