Hi there,

Would anyone know where I can find more info about these two config items found in the System Configuration file (debug page)?

  • LoginAuthDurationMillis
  • authQuestionLockoutDurationMillis

The documentation for these settings can be found in the IdentityIQ System Configuration Guide (8.2 IdentityIQ System Configuration Guide - Compass) under the System Setup > IdentityIQ Global Settings > Login Configuration section.

  • LoginAuthDurationMillis: Configured in Gear Icon > Global Settings > Login Configuration > Login Settings tab in the field called “Number of minutes a user will be locked out due to unsuccessful login”
  • authQuestionLockoutDurationMillis: Configured in Gear Icon > Global Settings > Login Configuration > User Reset tab. When “Enable Security Questions” is checked, a new section will display with a field called “Number of minutes a user will remain locked out due to unsuccessful authentication”
