I have problem with Sailpoint (Forgot Password). I choose option “Answer Security Questions” and I am sure I put correct answers. I get “An error has occurred. Try again or contact your System Administrator.” I will show my configuration in screens. I need to put somewhere extra option? I also try to get some extra message in logs or in catalina.out but I do not get anything. I also check box “Login error style —> Detailed” but messega are the same.
IIQ 8.4 without new patch. Maybe you have some resolution? It is working in yours machines or this could be IIQ bug?

I just played around a little bit with password reset and quite often got
2024-05-03T07:34:24,689 WARN http-nio-8080-exec-6 sailpoint.web.LoginBean:1195 - Unable to locate identity using account id:JJL476
this message shows up whenever I provided identity name as identity to reset password (I suspect this is what you are also doing). Instead of identity you have to provide account in Passthrough Auth app to which you want to change password.
I’ve solved this problem by configuring Loopback connector to IIQ and setting it as passthrough auth app. Then when I provide identity name it works correctly.
