MFA set up for IDN Admin account

Hello,

We are using an admin account (emergency acct) in the IdentityNow Admins flat file source and want to turn on MFA for only that acct (not the other accounts in that source).

Since MFA is set in the identity profile, is there a way to set up MFA for only the 1 admin account?

Hi Mario - All admin accounts are now required to do MFA , ref - Deprecation of Strong Authentication on Admin Step-Up even if your identity profile does not have mfa turned on, admin accounts will still be prompted to TOTP.

We don’t currently have a way to require MFA for only a single account.

Any user who has elevated access above a USER level has to now perform MFA as a default and we dont have any way to selectively apply MFA for specific identities and not others.

Thanks @AdisharmaOz - I actually ran into that when testing and was able to configure it
