Manually Removing Access in IDN's Request Center

I requested an Access Profile from the Request Center. When I trigger the disable operation, all entitlements and roles are removed from the user. However, the access is re-provisioned to the user after a refresh. If I provision the access through a role refresh, the system doesn’t attempt to re-provision the same access.

In IIQ, there’s an option to manually remove user access. Is there a similar option available in IDN to remove access items that were requested through the ‘Request Center’?

Access requested via Request Center will not be removed automatically. You can use revoke access API to remove the access profile from the user when the user account is disabled. This can be achieved using workflow. OR another method is to use a certification campaign to revoke access. PFB the Revoke Access API documentation link
