A significant number of “Manual Changes Requested” work items are being generated for the Leaver workflow, all of them were assigned and sitting in the Admins’ queue.
I would like to understand the potential reasons for these being created. Could it be related to the provisioning policies?
Do we need to develop a custom rule to address and clean these up? Additionally, how can we prevent these work items?
Based on the screenshot you have included it seems the workitem was created to Disable the account and so it does not seem to be related to any provisioning policy.
For Delimited or other disconnected systems if you do not have any configuration to allow provisioning using any integration like ServiceDesk integration etc.it will create the manual workitems.
I am unsure about LDAP. You can check featurestring configured on you LDAP application and see if you have Provisioning included.
You will want someone to take action on these accounts on Leaver event and in case you can manage these using any integration please configure that else you may want these workitems to be assigned correctly to application owners so that they can remove/disable access and close these workitems in SailPoint.
