Hi! I have a web service authoritative source. It maps idenitity employee number against the source’s account id (named matricula on source). Source account also has another attribute named matricula_gestor (manager’s id), which is mapped in manager correlation:
I see that for new accounts/identities, it works fine. But if manager is changed, ISC does not changes to the corresponding manager identity.
For example, I have an identity that was created without manager. After some time, it receives the updated Matricula_gestor attribute, pointing to a valid id which other identity as as employeeNumber, but identity remains without manager.
I tried aggregating without optimization, refreshing identity, but remains the same.
@jsosa this looks like a bug if there is no space issue or some internal jobs are not running for your tenant .try raising a support case since this is OOTB functionality
@jsosa Make sure you have updated Identity Profiles mapping for Manage Name attribute with authoritative source attribute matricula_gestor.
After modifying manger value in auth source have you checked Manager Name value from Identity profile preview? Check if it populates as expected or is there any error?
