We have configured the manager correlation in Webservices connector ( authoritative source)
As shown below screenshot it’s able to populate but somehow failed to link to the identity value

I’m guessing you already followed the manager correlation docs, including running a source aggregation and an identity refresh? Configuring Manager Correlation - SailPoint Identity Services
If it’s still failing, then I recommend opening a support ticket. They may need to get access to your tenant to check the configuration and logs.
