Manage Service Now Ticket Additional Fields

Within Workflows, Manage Service Now Ticket action, looking to pass some additional fields. The doc just says : Enter any additional fields required by ServiceNow and their values in key:value pairs, separated by line breaks. I’ve tried all sorts of combinations but it keeps erroring out. Tried with linebreaks, comas, quotes, braces etc… none of the combinations seems to work.

Anyone has been able to use this field to pass additional attributes to Service Now successfully?

Yes, I can confirm that Variable usage is the issue. I am getting same error now

Hi @sharvari, I was able to make the request using dynamic variable.

Looks like the request does not like the format “2023-07-07T14:37:01.675Z”. I added another Define Variable to get the substring(0,10) which results in “2023-07-07”.
