Hi Sailors,

Recently, I encountered an issue when removing a loopback entitlement via an access request. I found that the particular member was not removed from the workgroup after the access request to remove loopback entitlement has been approved.

A couple of things to look for:

  1. Did you run Perform Maintenance or wait up to 5 minutes to verify?
  2. Have you tried increasing your logs to trace to see the output of the provisioning plan?
  3. Do you have any assignment rules on the entitlement that would logically add it back to the user?
