Hi Experts,

I would like to know if the Loopback connector supports access requests to remove workgroups/capabilities through an access request.

I was trying to remove a workgroup from identities, but certain workgroups are not displayed in the Remove Access option, even though they are assigned to the identity.

It should be removed, however can you check it within Administrator console to get more details

Hi @kannan_sb85 ,

Do you mean it should be visible in “Remove Access”? I tried to remove that particular workgroup from the identity, but unfortunately, it is not visible in “Remove Access.”

There’s no information regarding the workgroup removal request because I haven’t removed the workgroup from the identity via an access request, as the workgroup is not visible in “Remove Access.”

It should be present in remove access until and unless those WG are not tied to roles .

Hi @vishal_kejriwal1 ,

It works after I associate the WG entitlement to a role. Would like to know is it a limitation of this connoector?

It is not . may be it could be something related to configuration . I would say try creating the new application and see if the same problem exist . if yes create a ticket with sailpoint .

Hi @vishal_kejriwal1 ,

I found out that it is nothing to deal with the role. After I run an aggregation from Loopback and Refresh Identity Cube, the workgroup entitlement working as expected.
