Sailpoint.log not generated in the folder E:\logs as per log4j.properties file. Instead, error message is displayed in tomcat stdout.log.
Have anyone faced this earlier? What is the user ID used to create the log file ?

Hello Divya M , welcome to the community.
First check the log folder properties and if the current user write has access there.
Regards.
Hello @DivyaSubha , In the Log4j2 configuration file, if the path is defined as "E:\logs\sailpoint.log"
, change it to "E:/logs/sailpoint.log"
and try again.
Hi @DivyaSubha
I suspect that the Windows/Linux user running Tomcat does not have the correct permissions to modify the E: drive directory.
Please try running it with a user that has the necessary permissions to create or modify files and directories on the E: drive.
