Limitation on Non-Employee type of source

Hello Experts,

We found that in IdentityNow there are some limitations of non-employee source:

  1. Limitation of 20K users per source .-- Is there a way to increase this limit ? Is this a soft limit or a hard limit?

  2. Limitation of 10 custom attributes for an non-employee source – Is it possible to have more than 10 custom attributes for a non-employee source and can we use other data types like data, number etc for any attribute?

The limits you shared are hard limits for all customers. In order to get this limit increased, an idea will need to be submitted to our ideas portal. Can you please create an idea in ideas.sailpoint.com/?
