Latest and recommended Java Version for IdentityIQ 8.2p2

Hi,
We have upgraded IdentityIQ instance to 8.2p2. And would like to know the latest Java version that supports our IIQ instance in the best and efficient way. We are currently on Java 8 and have to upgrade to the higher version. So, what will be the best option for our IIQ instance ?
Any input will be highly appreciated.

@joshi-cognizant Hope you are doing good. May I know if you have faced any Java heap size issue while running larger reports in 8.2 P2 ? We also did recent upgrade from 8.1 P3 to 8.2 P2.
