IT role not detected anymore

Hello Community,

We recently renamed some roles in our sandbox environment (both a business role and its associated IT role). Everything seemed fine at first, but we noticed that only some identities still have the IT role detected, while others no longer show it after the renaming.

We tried refreshing the affected identities, but the IT role still isn’t being detected for them.

Has anyone please encountered this issue before or knows what might be causing it?

Can you try enabling this option in IdentityIQ Settings → Roles → Allow propagation of role changes and then running the role propagation task.

Make sure the option ‘Refresh assigned, detected roles and promote additional entitlements’ is checked in the identity refresh task.
