We need to alter the composition of various business roles. During testing, we found that while new users requesting the modified role receive it correctly, those who already had the business role still retain the removed IT role in their identity cubes, even after Identity refresh and perform maintenance tasks. How to remove the sticky IT roles from the identity cube?

I suggest you to enable before change in role composition " Allow propagation of role changes" in global setting> IdentityIQ congifuration> Roles and run the propagate role changes task first then>Refresh Identities
