Issues with University.Sailpoint.com exam scheduling: Wrong Timezone

I was wondering if anyone else has had issues with the Timezone when scheduling their Exams through university.sailpoint.com?

When I went to schedule my exam, it asked me to choose a date and time, so I selected the date and chose 1:00pm for the time. I am in EST for reference. When I received the confirmation email, the Exam time was shown as 1:00pm (Asia/Kolkata), which is 3:30am EST.

I have an open question to SailPoint currently inquiring if this is an issue with the migration, or misconfiguration someplace. I could not find a spot to change the timezone in either SailPoint University or Proctor360, which handles the exams

Please check your browser detected location if any vpn connection.

I was not on any VPNs when I scheduled it.

Yes, thanks for the follow up. They were able to set it to the correct one, and I was able to take (and pass) the exam.
