Issue with Logiplex connector creating new accounts instead of linking AD parent account

Hello All,

We are working on implementation of the LogiPlex connector to onboard AD group based applications. We are using it in classic mode. Facing an issue wherein when we submit an access request for the AD group associated with LogiPlex app it tries to create an new account in the application instead of picking up the parent AD account. Please let us know if you have faced this issue and any pointer on how to fix.

Hi @sakshi_umbarkar ,

It could be because of the provisioning policy is missing in the LogiPlex main application to refer and return the nativeidentity = parent AD native identity value.
