I’ve recently implemented a Rule-Based SoD Policy, and it’s functioning well in detecting violations. However, I’ve encountered an issue: the violation email alerts are not being triggered to the violated identity’s owner.
I have already enabled the “Send Alert” option during the policy setup and configured the required email template. Despite this, the email notification is not being sent out violated identity’s owner.
Questions:
- Do I need to enable any additional settings for the email alerts to work?
- Could modifying the email template be causing this issue?
