IdentityNow SOD subscription email not triggered

Hi,

In IdentityNow, I have configured Subscription for a SOD Policy.

But it is not triggering any email, even though violations are present.

Kindly help me on this.

If other subscriptions are working (based on search or other SoD policies), I would open a ticket to support to investigate this.
