What problem are you observing?

Not all form ( Actions - SailPoint Identity Services ) emails can be customized / translated.
Allowing customization:

The reminder message can not be disabled. If the functionality is kept like this, and you select a dead line of one hour, you have to select a reminder deadline of exactly of one hour (it can not be 0 or bigger than the deadline). At the same time two messages will be sent after one hour: the reminder and the cancellation message, but of course the reminder is useless as the form was cancelled.
This is an extreme case observed while testing the functionality, but allowing to select 0 to disable the reminder could solve the issue.
What is the correct behavior?
Allow customization of:
- Form submission reminder subject
- From submission canceled subject
- From submission canceled body
- Add comma after “Dear Name,”, don’t use technical ISO8601 time format with normal users, use at least a similar format to other e-mail templates
