Hi - We are using the SNOW ticketing integration for our disconnected application. We are having issues with setting the assignment group. We tried passing both the sysid and displayname of the assignment group on the “Assignment Group” field in the ticketing integration configuration. Any idea how to have the assignment group populated from sailpoint when the ticket is being create?
Hi @BiplavPakaShrestha , the “assignment group” field should be populated properly if you have the sys_id value specified. Did you have to manually add this field to your Service Desk configuration ?
yes "assignment group was added manually. I tried both the sysid and the displayName of the assignment group, but it is still not populating when the ticket is created.
@BiplavPakaShrestha can you please try adding the field again but make sure to use the technical name which should be “assignment_group” and populate it with the sys id value then test again.
Hi @MeKhalbi - I retired adding the technical name “assignment_group”, this will resolve to “Assignment Group” once I save the configuration.
yes that’s the expected behavior. If you check the Service Desk configuration through APIs you will be able to see the technical name instead. Have you managed to retest ?

Hi @BiplavPakaShrestha sorry for the late response. I checked my configuration and it worked for us using the sys_id. I think you might need to work with your service now admin to identify what’s the issue.
I would agree with @MeKhalbi this is working for us as well.
Are you using the sys_id of group as value in assignment group? If yes, then it should work.
