ISC ITSM Joiner

Hello everyone,

We are integrating an ITSM to our tenant. When our workflow automatically creates a Joiner ticket via an HTTP request, what is the best practice to confirm that the ticket was successfully created and processed on the ITSM side, given that it wasn’t created through the standard helpdesk ?
