ISC - How to Manage Azure DevOps Access Levels

Hi everyone,

We are currently implementing the SaaS Azure DevOps connector. So far, we’ve been able to aggregate accounts and groups, and we have successfully configured provisioning as well.

However, we would also like to manage Access Levels for each user (as described here: About access levels - Azure DevOps | Microsoft Learn ), ideally as an account attribute. We have yet to find any official documentation on how to handle this within the SaaS connector.

Has anyone already worked on this, or could provide guidance on how to manage Access Levels through the SaaS Azure DevOps connector?

I do not believe this is something supported by SailPoint as access levels are tied to licenses and not something exposed by the connector at this time. You could potentially do this in a Web Services connector via the Microsoft API’s, but not something that is supported by SailPoint and Microsoft as part of the ADO connector.
