ISC Entitlement and Role Certification Reminder and Escalation

Hello Experts,

Due to limitations, we currently only have manager and source certification available in ISC. We recognize that we can establish entitlement and role certification utilizing the bulk certification tool, which facilitates the creation of multiple certifications.

We would like to inquire about the reminder and escalation functionality in ISC, similar to that in IIQ. Is there a method to initiate a reminder every 14 days for a total of three occurrences, after which an escalation would be triggered?

I have heard that there is out-of-the-box functionality that sends a reminder email after 7 days however, we prefer to implement a customized solution for triggering reminders.

Please help us on this.
