Is a way we can add quicklink (tiles/widget or update the “?” link to external link) in Sailpoint ISC
There was an option suggested using custom form but it’s not a good user experience. We are looking to add the external wiki/knowledge pages, create in internal collaboration tools.
you mean adding widgets to apps?
No, adding confluence or SNOW knowledge article page link so that if they are stuck with something they can refer and see the knowledge page.
in SNOW we can add KB about SailPoint ISC, where as in SailPoint ISC we cannot do that/vice versa is not true.
I am not asking about snow, that obvious. We are looking to put the link in ISC, that was the question.

As @HussainshaSyed001 mentioned you cannot update UI in ISC. In IIQ you might have done it using plugins but here it is not.
