We have whitelisted the ISC IP range by downloading the yaml file. The base url is accessible from Sandbox environment but not from production environment.
Its for US east region. Both the sandbox and production dashboards suggest the region as us-east-1
Any ideas?

@nileshnikalje I haven’t personally faced this issue, but I investigated it and here’s my input: both the sandbox and production environments in us-east-1 have separate IP blocks listed in the YAML file. Please ensure that the production-specific source_ips are also added to the firewall, along with the sandbox IPs.
