Interactive Form : Use Input Form to value a Date Field

Hi everybody,

In a first step, i have created a form to create account with start date and end date.

In a second step, i try to put default value in Date Field by using Input Form.
But the date is not filled in my Date Field and the Date Field is not operational (not possible to select a date)

I have tried to display the date in a Text Field and get the result below

I have also tried to put a static value in my input form : 11/27/2024
I based on what i have in my creation form when i select a date

My question is : how can i put a default value in my Date Field ? Which is the Date format this field need to be OK ?
