It is possible to enter the date in the format dd/mm/yyyy in the form,
As per the image, the IDN defaults to mm/dd/yyyy
That sounds like something you would need to submit as a product enhancement as I’ve never seen this setting in the UI or underlying tenant JSON settings.
Where are you seeing this date field in IDN?

Sorry missed where you said Form. I agree with Adam, I haven’t seen a setting for this. You might want to talk with Support or Expert Services.
My best guess is that it’s something that would have to be a product enhancement for whatever localization is done when the tenant is turned over to the customer.
