Increase SNOW timeout when called from IDN SIM

Hi

We are currently busy with SIM integration with ServiceNow and are receiving intermittent time outs calling SNOW.

It seems the timeout is set to 60 seconds. Is there a way to increase this timeout?

What timeout are you referring to here?
There’s one API call setStatusCheckDetails that has an option to alter the timeout config that checks the status of the ServiceNow ticket.

Thanks for the response. I am referring to the provisioning timeout. i.e the amount of time sailpoint will wait before timing out when trying to create a ticket(and receiving a response) from SNOW.

I have logged a call with support and have been informed that at this time that is not configurable by me. It can be configured by support

It looks like you can increase the timeout in the connector now. @ziyaadw What timeout did you end up using? I am asking because I am starting to see more from my connector and our is set to the default of 60 seconds which I assume may not be enough anymore.
