Hi at all,
thanks to the topic of @rishavghoshacc (RapidSetup Leaver options), I discover a bug on the filter for the Entitlement Exceptions on application Rapid Setup.
Into the configuration of Leaver into Rapid Setup configuration of an application, IIQ allows us to remove the entitlments and exclude someone. If Remove Entitlmentes flag is marked, appears the Entitlments Expeptions setup:
where we can select the entitlement to exclude from leaver process.
The bug appers if we want select more than one type of entitlment. For example if an application has Groups and Roles.
In this moment we can add all the entitlements fo one type becase the Add FIlter botton remains inactive:
Workaround:
We can manually the second type (or the third,…) into the configuration file of Rapid Setup from Debug Page:
on the leaverConfigs key of application we can find a list of maps that contains the filter and add a other:
and now we can add from UI:
I tested on 8.3p2, 8.3p3 and 8.3p4
